I love the concept. I have fairly large hands and I found the handles a bit too small in circumference. I had to add on a racquet wrap to make it useable. Easy fit, but I expected the handles to be a bit beefier as made.

It's good for beginners, but exercises for dry musculs if you do superset.

When putting the modular together, the tabs needed trimmed to get together… Not sure if this was by design, or a manufacturing issue.

So I started using this 2 months ago and my regimen is 4 sets of 25 -30 push ups and crunches in between, and this thing has completely transformed my body in a couple of months. I’m 52 and had a total dad bod and way out of shape. And just working out 3 - 4 times a week in now in the best shape I’ve ever been in. As you get my age you have to maintain or you lose it quick, this machine has helped me gain strength and stamina I can’t recommend it enough. This the 2nd one I bought. I bought the modular so I could take it with me when I travel. Go get ‘em!

I've noticed better posture, more toned muscles, and have dropped from 175 to 168 in a few months. I went from about 5 pushups per night to 30 right now.

I would recommend this push up board. It solid, good quality and I like how I can move the handles to concentrate on different areas of my body. I do prefer using this board than equipment free. If you put the effort in, it does workout your body well but you still do need to incorporate other workouts to work other muscles.
